I think it really depends on what printer you use.
Even if I make a filter to convert it the image you check will
be on a screen but a printed paper. The color difference will appear.
Also the color shown on screen will be passed gamma conversion.
Simple program such as pixia & gtprog won't be able to solve this
color problem.
Recent digital cameras have such information to match color between
shooted image and printed one. In such a case the color won't be
different so much if the printer support such data. If you use
commercial software such as photoshop you can draw in CMY color
space to make the printed image similar.
